CSIR UGC NET City Slip: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the City Intimation Slip for the CSIR UGC NET 2025 exam on the official website. Candidates who have registered for this exam can now check their exam city by visiting csirnet.nta.ac.in.

This city slip has been issued to give the candidates prior information about the city of the examination center. Note, this is only the information of the exam city; the admit card will be issued separately.

The exam will be held for five subjects on July 28
This year, the NTA will examine these five subjects - Mathematical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Oceanic and Planetary Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Life Sciences, and Physical Sciences - jointly on a single day on July 28, 2025. It will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT), which will be conducted at various examination centers across the country.

Exam Date and Shift Timing
The exam will be conducted on July 28 in two shifts. The first shift from 9 am to 12 noon will conduct the exam for Life Sciences and Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean, and Planetary Sciences. At the same time, Mathematical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, and Physical Sciences papers will be conducted in the second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.

The national level exam will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for admission to Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), appointment as Assistant Professor, and PhD.

Click on the "Submit" button.
