Navigate to the 'Written Results' or 'Examination' section on the home page.
Click on the link for the 'CDS II 2026 Result' PDF.
Once the PDF opens, you can search for your name or roll number.

SSB Interview for successful candidates:
Candidates who have qualified for CDS 2 will be required to appear for an interview conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB). This interview process spans five days. Following this, a final merit list will be released. Approximately 15 days after the announcement of the final results for the SSB interview and the OTA (Officers Training Academy) course, the candidates' mark sheets will be made available on the website. Candidates who have opted for the Indian Army must register on the 'Join Indian Army' website (joinindianarmy.nic.in) to receive information regarding their interview.

How does the SSB interview process begin?
Upon arrival, candidates are received by board officials at the station and transported to the selection center. There, an opening address is delivered, providing an overview of the next five days, followed by the verification of documents. In the Army SSB, the reporting day is not considered the first day, whereas in the Air Force SSB, tests begin on the very day of reporting.

Day 1: Screening Test
The first day consists of the Officers Intelligence Rating (OIR) test and the Picture Perception and Discussion Test (PPDT). The OIR comprises two papers, each containing 40 questions. In the PPDT, candidates are shown a picture, asked to write a story based on it, and then participate in a group discussion.

Day 2: Psychological Tests
The second day includes the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), Word Association Test (WAT), Situation Reaction Test (SRT), and Self-Description. These tests are designed to assess a candidate's mental state, thought process, and natural reactions.

Days 3 and 4: Group Testing and Interview
These days involve group discussions, group tasks, an obstacle race, lectures, and personal interviews. During this phase, special emphasis is placed on leadership qualities and teamwork.

Day 5: Conference
On the final day, all board members discuss the candidate's performance, after which a recommendation for final selection is made. This day at the SSB determines whether or not the candidate will move forward toward becoming an officer.
