CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the registration process for the Single Girl Child Scholarship 2024. This special scheme aims to provide scholarships to eligible female students who are the only children of their parents. Students selected for Single Girl Child Scholarship 2024 will get an amount of Rs 500 per month.

CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2024: Required Eligibility

To be eligible for the CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2024, all single girl students must score 70 percent or more marks in the CBSE class 10th examination. They should study in classes 11th and 12th in CBSE-affiliated schools, where the tuition fee does not exceed Rs 2,500 per month.

NRI students can also avail the benefit of the CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship. The maximum limit of tuition fees for NRI students has been fixed at Rs 6,000 per month.

- Only students whose families have a gross income of up to Rs 8 lakh per annum can apply for the scholarship.
