CBSE has strictly rejected all such claims and said that these platforms are neither recognized by the board nor authorized in any way. On contacting them, students and parents may face wrong information, financial loss, or other serious problems. The board has clarified that the correct and official information about issuing duplicate documents, correction in certificates or records, and all other services related to the student/examination is available only on the official website of CBSE www.cbse.gov.in.

CBSE Latest news: Trust only CBSE notice
CBSE has appealed to students, parents, and all concerned parties to trust only the notices issued by the board's official website, regional offices, or certified communication channels. The board has also said that CBSE will not be responsible for any problem arising on the basis of information received from unauthorized or third party sources.
