The CBSE board exams will start on February 17, 2026.  Students are currently awaiting the latest updates on the CBSE Board Exam 2026 admit cards. The CBSE board exam admit cards 2026 will be released on the official website parikshasangam.cbse.gov.in.

Admit cards for CBSE Class 10th and 12th private students have already been released. It is expected that the board will make the admit cards for regular students available to schools by the first week of February. No one will be allowed entry into the examination center without a CBSE admit card. Therefore, contact your school in time. This year, the CBSE board exam pattern has been changed. Not only that, but students are also quite relaxed as the CBSE Class 10th exam will be conducted twice.

CBSE Board Exams in February
According to the CBSE Board Exam 2026 date sheet, the main CBSE examinations will begin on February 17, 2026. The CBSE Class 10th exams will mainly conclude by mid-March 2026, while the Class 12th exams will end in the first week of April. The timing for the CBSE Board Exam 2026 is from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Students are advised to reach the CBSE examination center at least 30-45 minutes in advance.

Separate Rules for Regular and Private CBSE Students

Students are often confused about how to obtain the CBSE Board Exam 2026 admit card. According to the board's rules:

Regular Students: Regular students do not have the facility to download their CBSE admit cards themselves. Their schools have a 'login ID' through which they download the admit cards for all students. After that, the school principal signs and stamps them. Admit cards are not valid without this. Private Candidates: Private students studying under the CBSE board can download their hall tickets directly by visiting the examination section of the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in, and using their 'Application Number' or 'Roll Number'.

What to check on the CBSE Admit Card?

As soon as you receive your CBSE admit card, carefully check all the details mentioned on it. If there are any errors, inform your school or the board immediately. Make sure to check the following details:
Student's name and parents' names
Date of birth (especially for Class 10 students)
Roll number and examination center name/address
Names of subjects and their correct 'Subject Codes.'
Photo and Admit Card ID.
