Schools can submit student details with the standard fee from September 24 to October 21, 2026. Subsequently, from October 22 to October 30, the LOC can be submitted with an additional late fee of ₹200 per student. The board has advised schools to thoroughly verify all information before finalizing and submitting the list.

**Opportunity for corrections from November 2 to 4**
An opportunity to verify and correct details recorded in the LOC—such as names, parents' or guardians' names, and dates of birth—will be available via a verification slip from November 2 to November 4, 2026. No changes to these details will be permitted thereafter. Therefore, schools have been instructed to cross-check student information against their admission and withdrawal registers.

**Exercise special care when selecting subjects**
The board has emphasized the need for caution regarding subject selection. Students' subjects must align with the study scheme prescribed by CBSE. Entering incorrect subject combinations could hinder a student's ability to appear for the board examinations. Generally, amendments such as changing subjects or adding/removing student names will not be accepted after the LOC has been submitted. Schools are required to obtain signatures from students and parents after finalizing the LOC and must securely maintain the list in their records.
