CBSE Board Exam 2025: Students will not be able to appear in board exams if attendance is low, CBSE itself gave instructions

CBSE issued strict guidelines regarding board exams, said that students will not be allowed to appear in board exams under any circumstances if there is low attendance.

CBSE Board Exam 2025: Central Board of Secondary Education i.e. CBSE has sent an official notice to the principals and heads of all the schools in the country in which they have written the rules regarding the 10th and 12th board examinations to be held in 2025. In such a situation, it is clearly written in that notice that students will not be allowed to sit in the exam if there is low attendance.

Taking leave without information is prohibited

CBSE has instructed the schools that if any student takes leave or goes on a long leave, then he will have to inform about it first otherwise it will be considered that he is on leave irregularly and he will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

25% exemption will be given in case of medical reasons
According to CBSE, the attendance of students should be at least 75 percent to appear in the board examination. CBSE has specifically written in the notice that "The board gives exemption of 25% attendance only in cases of medical emergency, participation in national or international sports, however for this also it is mandatory to submit the necessary documents in advance."

CBSE practical examination will start from November 5
CBSE has recently released the date sheet of practical examination to be held before the board examination of 10th and 12th. Practical examination will start from November 5 and will continue till December 5, in such a situation, students are now eagerly waiting for the announcement of the dates of the board examination and the date sheet, but no official information has been revealed about it so far.
