Big and important news has emerged for millions of students studying under the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). CBSE has released the admit cards for the Class 10th and 12th board examinations for 2026. For students whose exams are scheduled this year, the admit card is the most important document, as entry to the examination center is not permitted without it.

Like every year, this time too, CBSE has released the students' admit cards online. However, students cannot download the admit cards directly themselves; the school administration will have to download the hall tickets from the official CBSE portal and provide them to the students. CBSE board exams are scheduled to begin on February 17, 2026.  Therefore, along with preparing for the exams, students should also carefully check their admit cards to avoid any problems on the day of the exam.

Where to download CBSE Admit Card 2026?

CBSE has uploaded the Class 10th and 12th admit cards on the Exam Sangam portal. This portal has been specifically created for schools and exam-related work. Authorized school officials can log in using their user ID and password to download the admit cards.

How to download CBSE 10th-12th Admit Card 2026?

1. To download the admit cards, schools should first visit the official CBSE website cbse.gov.in.

2. Click on the Exam Sangam portal link given on the homepage.

3. Now, find the Center Material section related to the Main Examination 2026.

4. Click on the Class 10 or Class 12 admit card link here.

5. Log in by entering the school's user ID and password.

6. The students' admit cards will appear on the screen.

7. Download the admit card and take a printout. The school will then provide the students with their admit cards.

Important Instructions for Students:

Students are advised to carefully check their admit cards after receiving them. They should pay particular attention to their name, roll number, the name and complete address of the examination center, the center code, the names and codes of all subjects, and the date and time of the examination. If any information is incorrect, students should immediately contact their school and have it corrected.
