CBSE Revaluation Portal: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has reported that by 9:30 PM on Wednesday, more than 56,000 students had applied for the verification and revaluation of Class 12 Board examination answer scripts. According to the Board, over 5,000 of these applications are for verification, while more than 45,000 are for revaluation. CBSE further stated that payment gateways for SBI, Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda, and Indian Bank are available on the portal for processing fees.

It is not mandatory to hold an account with these specific banks. The online portal for the verification and revaluation of answer scripts has been operational since June 2. This facility is available to those students who have already obtained scanned copies of their evaluated answer scripts. The portal will remain open until midnight on June 6.

According to CBSE, attempts at cyberattacks on the portal were also detected during the application process. Through Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, attempts were made to generate 1.5 million hits within two minutes and to execute over 100,000 unauthorized file access attempts.

So far, more than 40,000 successful transactions have been recorded through the SBI payment gateway. Meanwhile, Bank of Baroda, Indian Bank, and Canara Bank have also successfully processed thousands of online payments, thereby strengthening the digital payment infrastructure.
