CBI has made one arrest from Maharashtra in the NEET paper leak case. It is being claimed that the person used to increase the marks of students by taking money from them.

The NEET paper leak case is very hot these days. Agencies are engaged in investigating the matter. Meanwhile, the Central Bureau of Investigation i.e. CBI has arrested a person from Maharashtra in the NEET paper leak case. The person has been arrested by CBI from Latur, Maharashtra. According to the information received, it is being claimed that the person used to increase the marks of students by taking money from them. Many arrests have been made from Bihar, Gujarat, and Jharkhand in this case.

Let us tell you that yesterday i.e. on July 8, more than 30 petitions were heard in the Supreme Court on the NEET case. The Supreme Court fixed the date of the next hearing on the case on Thursday (July 11). Also, the Supreme Court has said that the students who committed fraud should be identified. NTA was asked when the paper was leaked for the first time. NTA will have to answer this question in the hearing to be held on Thursday. Also, the court has told the government that a team of experts should be formed.

The hearing was held on a total of 38 petitions.

Yesterday, a total of 38 petitions were heard in the Supreme Court regarding the NEET case. Five of these petitions have come to the Supreme Court after being transferred from the High Courts of different states. In many petitions, there has been a demand to cancel the exam.

The paper has been leaked - CJI.

During the hearing, the CJI said that it was certain that the paper had been leaked. Now all that has to be found out is whether it has happened on a large scale or a small scale. If the paper has been leaked online, then there is no option other than canceling the exam. At the same time, NTA refused to accept that the paper had been leaked and the government said that cancellation of the exam would cause great loss to the students.
