CAT Exam 2025 Registration: Common Admission Test (CAT 2025) is a national-level entrance exam for candidates wishing to get admission in Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and more than 1,000 MBA colleges in the country. Lakhs of candidates prepare for it, and every year, students from different corners of the country appear in the CAT exam. This year, the candidates appearing for the CAT exam are waiting for the registration to start. Know when the notification will be released and when the registration will start. Every year, this exam is conducted on the last Sunday of November. This year, the CAT 2025 exam is expected to be held on November 30. Candidates who qualify for the entrance exam will receive an interview letter from the IIM for the further selection process. However, the shortlisting criteria may vary between different IIMs and may include Writing Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI).

Who can appear for the CAT exam?
To be eligible for the IIM CAT 2025 exam, candidates must have a graduation degree with at least 50% equivalent CGPA marks.

Candidates from SC, ST, and Divyangjan categories must have secured at least 45% marks in the qualifying exam.

15 per cent seats are reserved for SC, 7.5 per cent seats for ST, 27 per cent seats for Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL), and up to 10 per cent seats are reserved for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates.
