CAT Exam 2024: The CAT exam will be held tomorrow, know the dress code and important guidelines for male and female

Recently, IIM Calcutta released the admit card for the CAT exam on the official website. Candidates appearing for the CAT exam can download the admit card on the official site.

CAT Exam Instructions: On Sunday, the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) is conducting the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024. This Common Admission Test exam will be held in three shifts. The first shift exam will be from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. After this, the second shift will be held from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. While the third shift will be from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

Earlier, IIM Calcutta released the admit card for CAT exam on the official website. Candidates appearing for CAT exam can download their admit card on the official website of IIM Calcutta iimcat.ac.in.

Candidates will need their registration ID and password to download the admit card. Apart from this, candidates have to carry a valid photo ID on the day of examination along with the admit card.

What is the pattern of CAT Exam 2024?

Let us tell you that there will be three sections in the CAT Exam 2024 exam. Which includes Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Aptitude (QA). There will be a total of 66 questions in the CAT 2024 paper. This time candidates will get 3 marks for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for each wrong response, but there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

What is the dress code for male and female?

In this exam, candidates will not be allowed to wear shoes with thick soles. Will not be able to wear clothes with pockets. They can wear any type of shirt, T-shirt, trouser or whatever they feel comfortable wearing. At the same time, female candidates will not be allowed to carry any jewellery, ornaments or any metal with them. Apart from this, avoid wearing earrings, nose pins, necklaces, anklets, bangles or any other metal jewellery.
