How much will be the fee

To apply for this exam, candidates of General, EWS and NC-OBC category will have to pay a fee of Rs 2400. The fee for SC, ST and PWD category candidates is Rs 1200.

• To apply, first go to the official website i.e. iimcat.ac.in.
• Here, first of all, you have to generate your login credentials by going to New Candidate Registration. For this, name, DOB, email ID, mobile number and OTP etc. will be asked.
• Now when the registration is done and you get the login credentials, go to the account and fill the CAT exam form. Enter all your details correctly and carefully in it.
• After this, choose the exam center where you want to take the exam.
• Upload the necessary documents in the next step. Take care of the size of the photo and signature etc.
• After this, pay the application fee and after completing the whole process, press the submit button.
• By doing this, your application will be completed. Now save the CAT registration form and take a printout. It may be needed later.
