**When might the results be released?**

Once the results are released, candidates can view their results by following these simple steps:

Click on the “CA Foundation May 2026 Result” link.

Click the submit button.

**What are the passing criteria?**
To qualify for the CA Foundation exam, students must secure a minimum of 40 percent marks in each subject. Additionally, an aggregate of 50 percent marks across all papers is mandatory. If a student scores more than 50 percent in total but secures less than 40 percent in any single subject, they will not be considered to have passed.
**Schedule for upcoming CA exams**
ICAI has also announced the schedule for exams to be held in September and November 2026. The CA Foundation exam will take place on September 2, 5, 7, and 9. Meanwhile, the Intermediate and Final exams will be conducted in separate phases across September and November. Additionally, the International Taxation Assessment Test (INTT-AT) and the IRM technical examination will also be held in November 2026.
