There is welcome news for candidates preparing for the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Final November 2026 examination. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has decided to reopen the application process. Candidates who were previously unable to apply for any reason will now have the opportunity to do so from August 1 to August 5, 2026. Applications must be submitted online. Candidates are advised to keep the necessary documents ready in advance and to download and preserve the confirmation page after completing the application. A detailed notification regarding this will also be issued soon.

ICAI has announced that the application window will reopen from August 1 to August 5, 2026. Previously, the deadline for applications without a late fee was July 19, while applications with a late fee of ₹600 were accepted until July 22.

**Download the confirmation page after filling out the form**
Candidates will be able to fill out the application form by logging in via the official website. During the application process, candidates must upload the required documents and pay the prescribed examination fee. Once the application is successfully submitted, it is essential to download and save the confirmation page for future reference.

**Documents required for application**
Candidates must keep certain documents ready before applying. These include a PDF of the signed CA Final registration form, a service certificate, a passport-sized photograph, a scanned copy of their signature, and—for candidates belonging to reserved categories—the relevant category certificate.

**ICAI will also open a correction window**
After the application process concludes, ICAI will open a correction window, allowing candidates to make specific changes to their applications. An opportunity for corrections had previously been provided from July 23 to July 25.

**Examination Schedule**
According to the exam schedule, Group-1 examinations will be held on November 2, 4, and 6, 2026. Meanwhile, Group-2 examinations will take place on November 9, 11, and 13, 2026. The admit cards for candidates appearing in the examination are likely to be released in the third week of October 2026. Candidates are advised to keep a close watch on all official notifications regarding the application and the examination.
