CA Exam Form Filling Begins for September and November: Check Last Date and Full Schedule

If you are planning to take the CA exams this year, there is good news for you. ICAI has started the online application process for the CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final exams scheduled for September and November 2026. Candidates can apply without a late fee until July 19.
CA Exam Applications Open
ICAI began accepting online applications for the CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, and CA Final exams on July 6, 2026. Candidates wishing to appear for these exams should fill out their forms in a timely manner. High website traffic during the final days can cause issues, so it is advisable to apply early.
The deadline to apply without a late fee is 11:59 PM on July 19, 2026. If, for any reason, you are unable to submit the form by this date, you can apply until July 22, 2026, by paying a late fee of ₹600. Additionally, if there are any errors in the form, there will be an opportunity to correct them between July 23 and July 25, 2026.
When will the CA Foundation exam be held?
The CA Foundation exam is scheduled for September 2, 5, 7, and 9, 2026. Candidates who have applied for the Foundation course should ramp up their preparations now to avoid any difficulties during the exam.
The CA Intermediate Group-1 exam will be held on September 1, 3, and 6, while the Group-2 exam is scheduled for September 8, 10, and 12, 2026.
The CA Final Group-1 exam will take place on November 2, 4, and 6, 2026. Subsequently, the Group-2 examination will be conducted on November 9, 11, and 13, 2026. Candidates should take note of the exam dates corresponding to their specific group.
Points to remember while filling out the form
Carefully enter details such as your name, date of birth, course, exam center, and all other information. Be sure to review all the information thoroughly before submitting the form. If any errors occur, they can only be rectified during the correction window.
How to apply online
First, visit the ICAI e-services website. Log in to your account or register as a new user. Next, click on the link for the September or November 2026 examination. Select your course, fill out the application form, upload the required documents, and pay the fee online. Finally, submit the form and save a printout or PDF copy for your records.
