BTSC Staff Nurse DV Admit Card: The Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has released the admit cards for the document verification process under the Staff Nurse recruitment drive (Advertisement No. 23/2025). This process is intended for candidates who have successfully cleared the Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted for appointment within the Health Department, Bihar.

According to the notification issued by the Commission, it is mandatory for candidates selected based on merit to appear for document verification as per the scheduled timetable.

**Time and Venue for Document Verification**
The document verification process will be conducted at the Commission's office located in Patna. This process will be carried out daily across two shifts:

**First Shift:** 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM
**Second Shift:** 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Candidates are required to appear strictly according to their allotted day and time slot.

**How ​​to Download the Call Letter?**
Candidates summoned for verification can download their call letters by visiting the Commission's official website. To do so, they will require their Application/Registration Number, Date of Birth, and Registered Mobile Number. Verification during the login process will be conducted via an OTP sent to the registered mobile number. No candidate will be granted entry without a valid call letter.

**Revision in Eligibility Criteria**
The Commission has updated the eligibility conditions in accordance with the changes made to the Bihar Nursing Cadre Rules.

**Minimum Qualification:**

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution.
Candidates holding a B.Sc. Nursing degrees are also eligible.

Additionally, registration with the Nursing Council of any State or Union Territory was mandatory at the time of application. However, registration with the Bihar Nursing Registration Council will be mandatory before appointment.

Candidates must bring their original certificates along with two self-attested photocopies of the same. The essential documents are as follows:

Matriculation Certificate
Identity Proof and Address Proof
Academic Certificates and Mark Sheets
Nursing Registration Certificate
Reservation-related Certificate (if applicable)
Work Experience Certificate (in the prescribed format)
Disability Certificate (if applicable)

Important Instructions and Rules Regarding Disqualification
If a candidate fails to submit original academic certificates or a valid Nursing Registration, they will be declared disqualified. Degrees or certificates falling outside the scope of the prescribed qualifications will not be accepted.

Credit for work experience will be granted only if the certificate has been issued by an authorized officer in the prescribed format. Similarly, the benefit of reservation will be extended solely based on a valid certificate issued by a competent authority.
