BSF Head Constable PET Admit Card: The Border Security Force (BSF) has released the admit cards for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for Head Constable (RO/RM) posts. Candidates who applied for this recruitment can now download their admit cards. Candidates can download their admit cards by visiting rectt.bsf.gov.in and using their login credentials (registration number and password/date of birth).

On the day of the examination, candidates must compulsorily carry their BSF Head Constable PET Admit Card 2025 along with a valid photo identity card (such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID, driving license, etc.) and other necessary documents to the examination center. Entry to the examination will not be permitted without the admit card and identity proof.

Physical Standards and Physical Efficiency Test
In the BSF Head Constable recruitment, candidates have to pass the Physical Standards Test (PST) and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

PST: Under PST, male candidates must have a minimum height of 168 cm, a chest of 80 cm (with a 5 cm expansion), and a weight proportionate to their height. For female candidates, a minimum height of 157 cm and a weight proportionate to their height is mandatory.
PET: In the PET, male candidates have to complete a 1.6-kilometer race in 8 minutes, while female candidates have to complete an 800-meter race in 5 minutes. In addition, standards for long jump and high jump have also been prescribed, which must be met.

Written Examination Pattern
The BSF Head Constable RO/RM written examination is of 200 marks. This examination includes questions related to Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and General Knowledge. Negative marking is also applicable in the examination, with 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer.

How to Download the Admit Card
First, visit the official BSF recruitment website rectt.bsf.gov.in.
Click on the “HC RO RM Admit Card 2025” link on the homepage.
Now enter your registration number, date of birth, and other required information. After submitting the details, your admit card will appear on the screen.
Download the admit card for the PET and PST examination and take a printout of it.
