BSEB Board Exam: Change in the dress code of Bihar Board Intermediate Exam; Shoes and socks are not allowed from February 6

BSEB Class 12th Dress Code Guidelines: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released new dress code guidelines for students appearing for Class 12th board exams in 2025. As per the revised rule, the board has prohibited students from wearing shoes and socks in Bihar Class 12th exams 2025. The new BSEB dress code will be followed in the examinations to be held from February 6 to February 15, 2025.

BSEB said, "It is hereby notified that given the improvement in the weather, candidates will be strictly prohibited from wearing shoes and socks in the examination hall for the Intermediate Annual Examination, 2025 to be held from 06.02.2025 to 15.02.2025, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall."

Bihar Board 12th exams will run from February 1 to February 15. The exams will be held in two shifts every day. The first shift will be from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm, while the second shift will start at 2:00 pm and end at 5:15 pm.

Guidelines for Exam Day

Students are required to reach their exam centers at the time mentioned on their admit cards.

Students can enter the exam hall from 8:30 am for the first shift, but the main gate will close at 9:00 am. Entry for the second shift will begin at 1:00 pm and the main gate will close at 1:30 pm.

The BSEB has already released the admit cards for the intermediate (class 12) final exams. School principals and heads have been instructed to download the admit cards of students from the official website - seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com - so that they can collect them before the exam.
