BSEB Board Exam 2026: All the students who appeared for the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) exam, whose signed dummy registration cards have not been uploaded on the board's portal. The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued two big notices for the 2026 board exams of class 10th and 12th. According to which 65,975 students may be deprived of appearing in the exam, because their signed dummy registration/enlistment cards have not been uploaded on the board's portal. The board has clearly warned that if this work is not done, then these students will not get a chance to appear in the exam, and the responsibility for this will be on the schools and colleges; that is, if one year of the students is wasted, then the responsibility will be on the schools.
How many students are in danger?
The board has released data that shows how many students are in danger. Dummy registration cards of 39,143 students of 3,248 schools of class 10th were not uploaded. Whereas cards of 26,832 students of 2,401 colleges/schools of class 12th were not uploaded. Overall, the future of 65,975 students associated with more than 5,600 schools and colleges is at stake.
Which districts are most affected?
BSEB has highlighted some districts where the cards of most students were not uploaded. This includes 3,941 students of Gaya, 2,547 of Muzaffarpur, 2,045 of Siwan, and 1,269 of Patna in class 10th. Similarly, there are 2,839 students of Muzaffarpur, 1,046 of Gopalganj, 1,229 of Darbhanga, and 1,180 of Patna in class 12th.
Last chance for schools
BSEB has given the last chance to schools and colleges to upload the signed dummy registration cards of the students on the portal from 9 September 2025 to 14 September 2025. If this work is not done on time, the registration of the students will be canceled, and they will not be able to appear in the board examination of 2026.

How to upload?
The school/college has to log in. Click on the Declaration form, not the uploaded Report link. Upload the dummy registration cards signed by the students.
Responsibility of schools and district officials
BSEB has also given strict instructions to the District Education Officers (DEOs) to monitor the schools of their respective districts and ensure that all the cards are uploaded by September 14. The board says that if the schools are negligent, the students will suffer, and the schools will be held responsible for this.BSEB has also requested the parents to confirm with their child's school whether their signed dummy registration card has been uploaded on the portal or not. If not, then talk to the school immediately because very little time is left.
Important advice for students
Contact your school/college and check whether your dummy registration card has been uploaded or not.
If there is any problem, tell the school immediately, because 14 September 2025 is the last deadline.
