**Examination Dates**
The Board will examine two phases:
**Practical and Internal Assessment:** April 29 to April 30, 2026
**Theory Examination:** May 2 to May 6, 2026
Students must appear for the examination in accordance with the exam center and timings specified on their respective admit cards.
**Instructions for Schools**
The Board has issued instructions to the principals of all schools to:
Download the admit cards.
Verify all the details.
Distribute the admit cards to the students after affixing their signature and official seal.
Maintain a secure record of the distribution.
Students are advised to collect their admit cards from their respective schools promptly.
**Who is Eligible to Appear for the Exam?**
Only those students who have been declared 'sent-up' by their school will be eligible to appear for the examination. Students whose registration has been cancelled will not be permitted to sit for the exam.
**Compartmental Exam Schedule (In Brief)**
The Class 10 and 12 compartmental examinations will be held on separate dates in May 2026.
Class 10 examinations will take place from May 2 to May 6, while Class 12 examinations will run from May 2 to May 11, 2026.
**Special Arrangements for Visually Impaired Students**
Special provisions have been made for visually impaired candidates:
Music paper instead of Science on May 4.
Home Science paper instead of Mathematics on May 5.
These examinations will be conducted according to the old syllabus.
