BPSC Exams 2025: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has implemented a new system for grievance redressal during competitive examinations. The Commission has clarified that superficial, fabricated, artificial, and fabricated complaints affecting the sanctity of the examination will not be accepted.
The Commission has said that now candidates will be able to easily file complaints before the Commission only based on real and evidence/evidence. Its purpose is to maintain transparency of the examination process and to avoid false allegations.
This facility is only for the candidates of Clerk Main (Objective) Competitive Examination, so that they can get the right to complain about any irregularity/malpractice in the allotted examination center or examination hall.
How to lodge a complaint
First, go to the Online Application Portal of BPSC.
Log in by entering your Username and Password.
Open the “GRIEVANCE” dropdown in the dashboard and click on “Exam Malpractice”. Fill in the details of the complaint, upload the required evidence/certificate, and affidavit.
Submit the complaint after filling in all the details.
Terms of filing a complaint
Candidates can file their complaint within 48 hours of the completion of the exam. It is mandatory to upload an affidavit along with the complaint; complaints without an affidavit will not be considered. Candidates must clearly mention in the complaint full details of the alleged irregularity/malpractice, evidence/proof, time of the incident, and names of the persons concerned (if known). Incomplete, vague, or superficial complaints, which do not have an evidence/affidavit, will not be considered.
Investigation and action on complaints
Only candidates appearing in the exam can file a complaint. No other person can file a complaint. Action will be taken as per the rules against candidates who file complaints that are false, baseless, misleading, or based on rumours. The complaints submitted to the commission will be investigated by the district officer, the concerned centre superintendent/deputised magistrate, or the district's nodal officer within 72 hours. The investigation will be based on the evidence given by the candidates, the CCTV footage installed at the examination centre, and the statements of the deputed invigilators.
