Board Exams Centre Incharge Change Everyday: Many state boards including CBSE Board have started preparations for the upcoming year's board examination in full swing. New rules and guidelines are being issued by the board every day regarding the board examination. Like every year, strict measures are being taken by all the state boards including the CBSE Board to prevent cheating in board exams and incidents like paper leaks.

This time the examination centers will be monitored by the CBSE Board through CCTV cameras, while in MP Board Exam 2025, the exam center in charge i.e. Exam Center Incharge will be changed every day. Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has come up with a solution to change the exam center in charge every day to ensure fair and transparent examination and to prevent malpractice in the board examination. The board has planned to implement the randomization process for the appointment of the center in charge. Under this, an officer will not stay at an examination center for more than one day.

Madhya Pradesh Board examinations are starting in February 2025. MP Board Class 10th and 12th examinations will be conducted from 25 February 2025. Meanwhile, the districts have submitted detailed reports on the examination centers, focusing on strict monitoring at the examination centers. At present, these centers are being inspected by the board officials. After this, the exam center in charge will be announced.

Surprise inspection by flying squad

The collector's representatives will be deployed at the examination centers by the MP Board to monitor the activities and ensure compliance with the rules. At the same time, surprise inspections will be done by the flying squad at sensitive examination centers, where there will be dedicated supervisors for scrutiny.

A Mobile Phone Ban is also prohibited for employees.

In the strict instructions issued by the MP Board, not only are the students prohibited from carrying mobile phones at the board examination centers, but the use of mobile phones will also be completely banned for teachers and employees. Under the new measures, strict legal action will be taken against any examination employee i.e. center in charge, assistant center in charge, and supervisors if found with mobile phones at the examination centres.

No paper leak last year

For the last few years, the MP Board has made strict arrangements to prevent cheating, due to which not a single case of cheating or paper leak has been reported in the state last year.
