Bihar Police Constable 2024 Result: The results of the Bihar Police Constable written examination are expected to be declared soon. Exam held on this day
The recruitment examination for Bihar Police Constable vacancies was conducted on 7, 11, 18, 21, 25, and 28 August in 38 districts across the state.

Candidates appearing in the CSBC Bihar Constable Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will have to appear for running, shot put, and finally high jump in the examination. Bihar Police Physical Efficiency/Proficiency Test is of a maximum of 100 marks. Which running competition is of 50 marks, the shot put event is of 25 marks, high jump event is of 25 marks.

Race for male candidates

Race in the Bihar Police Physical Efficiency/Proficiency Test is 50 marks. Male candidates will have to complete a 1.6 km race in 6 minutes. In this, candidates who complete the race in less than 5 minutes will get 50 marks and 40 marks for 5 minutes to 5 minutes 20 seconds, 30 marks for more than 5 minutes 20 seconds and up to 5 minutes 40 seconds, candidates who take more than 5 minutes 40 seconds and up to 6 minutes will get 20 marks and candidates taking more than this time will be disqualified.

Race for female candidates

Female candidates will have to complete a 1 km race in 5 minutes. In which the race is for 50 marks. Female candidates will get 50 marks for completing the race in less than 4 minutes and 40 for 4 minutes to 4 minutes 20 seconds, 30 for 4 minutes 21 seconds to 4 minutes 40 seconds, 20 for 4 minutes 41 seconds to 5 minutes, and candidates taking more than 5 minutes will get 20 marks and candidates taking more than this time will be disqualified.

Height
For this recruitment, the height of male candidates of unreserved and BC should be 165 cm. On the other hand, the height of SC/ST and EBC male candidates should be 160 cm.

Chest measurement (only for men)
The chest of EBC/UR and BC male candidates should be 81 cm without inflation and 86 cm with inflation, while the chest of SC/ST male candidates should be 79 cm without inflation and 84 cm with inflation. Women are exempted from this.

High Jump Event

Male candidates will have to jump a minimum of 4 feet to qualify and marks will be allotted as per the qualifying height in the high jump.

In the case of female candidates, they will have to jump a minimum of 3 feet to qualify. Similarly, marks will be allotted as per the qualifying height in the high jump.

Shot Put Event

Male candidates will have to throw a 16-pound shot put to a distance of at least 16 feet to qualify for this event.

Female candidates will have to throw a 12-pound shot put to a distance of at least 12 feet to qualify for this event.
