Bihar ITICAT 2026 Registration: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has extended the deadline to apply for the ITI Competitive Entrance Examination 2026 (ITICAT-2026).

Bihar ITICAT 2026 Registration: Good news has emerged for students preparing to seek admission to Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in Bihar. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has extended the final date for submitting applications for the ITI Competitive Entrance Examination 2026 (ITICAT-2026). The previously established deadline for applications has now been revised to grant students additional time.

The primary objective behind this extension is to ensure that no eligible student misses out on applying due to a lack of time or haste. Interested candidates can now submit their applications online until April 25, 2026.

Application Deadline for Bihar ITI Extended

According to the latest notification, all eligible candidates can now register online by visiting the official website: bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. This facility is available exclusively through the online mode; consequently, no offline applications will be accepted. This initiative offers relief to those students who, for various reasons, were unable to apply earlier.

Opportunity for Application Correction

The BCECEB has also announced that if a candidate commits an error while filling out the application form, they will be provided with an opportunity to rectify it. The dates designated for this purpose are April 27 and 28, 2026. During these two days, students may make necessary corrections to their application forms. No further modifications of any kind will be accepted thereafter; therefore, candidates are strongly advised to review their forms carefully and on time.

Bihar ITICAT 2026 Application Fee

The application fee for this examination has been determined based on different categories. The application fee is ₹750 for candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EBC categories, while for the SC and ST categories, the fee has been set at just ₹100. Additionally, the fee for candidates with disabilities (PH) has been fixed at ₹430. Candidates are required to submit this fee online at the time of applying.

Who Can Apply for Bihar ITICAT 2026?

Candidates applying for this examination must be between 14 and 17 years of age. Furthermore, it is mandatory for the student to have passed the 10th grade from a recognized board. Students who are appearing for the 10th-grade examination this year, or who have already taken the exam, are also eligible to apply.

Bihar ITICAT 2026 Examination and Admit Card

The ITI CAT 2026 examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 17, 2026. The admit card serves as an essential document for appearing in the examination. Consequently, the admit card will be made available for download on the official website—bceceboard.bihar.gov.in—starting from May 10, 2026. No student will be granted entry into the examination center without a valid admit card.
