BSEB 12th Exam 2025: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will conduct the Intermediate Annual Examination 2025 from 1 February 2025 to 15 February 2025. More than 12.92 lakh students will appear in this examination, for which 1,677 examination centers have been set up across the state. Bihar School Examination Board has issued many important instructions for the successful and excellent conduct of the Intermediate Annual Examination, 2025. All students should understand these instructions well.

1. It is mandatory to reach the examination centers on time

Candidates have to appear at the examination center one hour before the scheduled time. The gates of the examination building will be closed 30 minutes before the start of the examination.

First shift: Exam will start from 09:30 AM, entry from 08:30 AM, and gate closing time 09:00 AM.

Second shift: Exam will start from 02:00 PM, entry from 01:00 PM, and gate closing time 01:30 PM.

2. Security arrangements of examination centers

All examination centers will be surrounded by boundary walls.

Section 144 will be applicable within 200 meters of the examination centers.

The presence of the police force will be ensured.

3. Search and monitoring process

Candidates will be searched twice: once at the entrance of the examination building and a second time in the examination hall.

There will be at least two invigilators in each room.

Only the center superintendent will be allowed to carry mobile phones in the examination hall.

4. CCTV and videography arrangements

CCTV cameras will be installed at all examination centers.

One videographer will be appointed per 500 candidates.

5. WhatsApp group and control room facility

WhatsApp group has been created for quick monitoring of examination conduct.

The control room will be operational from 31 January to 15 February 2025 to resolve exam-related problems. Whose contact numbers are 0612-2232257, and 0612-2232227.

7. Permission to wear shoes and socks till 5 February

Given the current weather conditions, the board has also been permitted to wear shoes and socks in the examination till 5 February in the interest of the students. After February 5, a review will be done and a decision will be taken for the future.

6. Special arrangements

Even in the event of losing the admit card or leaving it at home, the student will be allowed to appear in the examination. Permission to appear in the examination will be given after verification with the attendance sheet and roll sheet.

Even if the admit card has an erroneous photo or without a photo, the student will be allowed to appear in the examination after verification.

Bringing calculators, mobile phones, Bluetooth, earphones, or other electronic gadgets to the examination centers is prohibited.

Candidates are advised to follow all the instructions of the examination and reach their examination center on time. All necessary arrangements have been made for the smooth and fair conduct of the examination.
