IGNOU Placement Drive 2026: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced a series of campus placement drives for its students and alumni. Through these drives, candidates will gain job opportunities in sectors such as IT, marketing, HR, data analytics, aviation, and customer service. According to the university's campus placement cell, the registration process will run from July 27 to July 31, 2026.
This time, IGNOU has partnered with 'Proof of Skill,' a startup focused on AI, blockchain, and skill-based hiring. The recruitment drive aims to select candidates for full-time remote roles, offering an annual CTC (Cost to Company) of up to ₹12 lakh.

Selection Process and Eligibility:
Candidates applying for these remote jobs will undergo a three-stage selection process. The first stage involves an AI-based interview, followed by an assignment round. In the final stage, candidates will have an online interview with the company's founder or department head. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet or Zoom. Graduates, post-graduates, and holders of MBA, BCA, and MCA degrees from any discipline are eligible to apply. Candidates must possess strong English communication skills, time management abilities, multitasking capabilities, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. IGNOU, in collaboration with Bird Flight Services India Pvt. Ltd., has announced a dedicated campus placement drive for the aviation and airport operations sector. This recruitment event will be held on July 28, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Convention Centre, located at the IGNOU headquarters in Maidan Garhi. Candidates selected through this drive will be appointed to roles in Delhi Airport operations, with opportunities available for positions such as Customer Service Agent and Customer Service Host.
Eligibility for the Aviation Drive
Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply for these positions. Candidates must hold a graduation degree or be currently pursuing their final semester. Additionally, requirements include good English communication skills, a customer-service-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in 24/7 shifts and rotational duty schedules.
