The application process for the second phase of Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme 2025 has started, in which 1 lakh youth will get an internship opportunity.

There is great news for the youth looking for internships. The application process for the second phase of Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme 2024-25 has now started. If you missed applying in the first phase, then you now have a great opportunity to apply and get an internship.

Interested candidates can visit the official website pminternship.mca.gov.in to apply under the PM Internship Scheme. The last date to apply has been fixed as 12 March 2025. This time a total of 1 lakh candidates will be selected in the second phase of the PM Internship Scheme.

Essential Qualification

Indian youth between 21 and 24 years of age who are not involved in full-time employment or education will be eligible to apply. Youths studying through online or distance learning will also be eligible for this scheme. The family annual income of the candidate should not exceed Rs 8 lakh. If any member of the candidate's family is in a permanent government job, he will not be eligible to apply.

Youth graduating from top institutes like IIT, IIM, IISER, NID, IIIT, NLU cannot apply in this scheme. Youth with CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, BDS, MBA, Master's degree or higher education will also not be able to apply for it. Youth receiving skill training under the government scheme will also not be able to avail the benefits of this scheme.

How much stipend will be given

Under this scheme, the selected candidates will get a stipend of Rs 5,000 every month, out of which Rs 4,500 will be provided by the Central Government and Rs 500 from CSR fund. Apart from this, a lump sum of Rs 6,000 will also be given.

Step 2: Click on the registration link given on the home page.

Step 3: Now register by entering your mobile number.

Step 4: After this upload the required documents along with the application form.

Step 5: Check the application form and submit it.

Step 6: Take a printout of the application form for further use.
