The situation between the US, Israel, and Iran shows no signs of improvement. While both countries are jointly attacking Iran, Iran is also retaliating. Information regarding this decision has been sent to Indian ambassadors in the respective countries and the Indian Consulate General in Dubai. The aim is to ensure accurate and consistent information is available everywhere, ensuring students avoid any inconvenience. Indian embassies and schools will work together to communicate the new dates to students and their families.
Why was this decision taken?
The situation is currently very tense in many countries in the Middle East. Last week, the US and Israel attacked several targets in Iran. These attacks led to the death of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Iran subsequently launched retaliatory strikes. These incidents have created an atmosphere of fear and instability throughout the region. In such circumstances, access to schools and examination centers may be difficult in many places. In light of this, CBSE has decided to postpone the examinations as a precautionary measure.
