AIBE 20 Notification Out: Bar Council of India Begins Registration from September 29

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the official notification for AIBE 20 (All India Bar Examination 20). The registration process will start on September 29, 2025. Interested candidates can apply online via the official website: allindiabarexamination.com.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have completed a 3-year or 5-year LLB course from a BCI-recognized university or college in India.

• AIBE is a mandatory exam for law graduates who wish to practice as advocates in India.

Exam Pattern

• Mode: Offline, Pen-and-Paper

• Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

• Marks: 1 mark per question

• Duration: 3 hours

• Passing Marks:

  • General category: 45%

  • SC/ST/PwD: 40%

• No negative marking
