On which seats will admission be given?
Through spot counseling, admission will be done on vacant seats in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Electronics and Communication (ECE), and Mechanical Engineering (ME) in the first year. Apart from this, there will also be a process of admission under lateral entry in the second year. Prof. Yadav said that this admission will be done through a merit list based on the scores of the university's entrance exam, JEE Main, and CUET. Online registration is mandatory to participate in counseling.

Admission to new courses of MS and BCA
The admission process for new courses started in the university this year, such as MS (Artificial Intelligence), BCA (Machine Learning and Data Science), and BCA (Internet of Things), will also be conducted on 19 and 20 September. These admissions will be held on the IET campus, and its information is also available on the admission portal of the university.

The entrance exam for the pharmacy course is on 22 September
The university is conducting an entrance exam on 22 September for admission to B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses. This exam will be held in two shifts on the university campus. Admission Cell Director Prof. Harsh Kumar Sinha said that candidates can download their admit cards from the admission portal from September 16.
