Rajasthan Schools New Rules: To increase transparency in government schools in Rajasthan, the Education Department is implementing a new system. The walls of government schools in the state will now feature complete information about all teachers and staff. This information will include important details like their photo, name, position, and the subject they teach. The Education Department believes this will make the school system clearer and more open.

Sitaram Jat, Director of the Elementary Education Department, has issued instructions to all Chief District Education Officers in this regard. They have been instructed to implement this system in their respective districts as soon as possible. According to the instructions, details of all teachers and staff will be displayed on school walls under the heading "Our Teachers and Staff," so that parents and residents can easily see them.

This information will include the name of the school, the teacher's or staff's photo, name, employee ID, date of birth, educational qualifications, position, and the class and subject they teach. The department has also stated that this information should be displayed in a place on the school premises where visitors can readily see it.

The new system will facilitate this process.

Kota District Education Officer Ram Charan Meena says that this system will make the status of teachers and staff posted in schools publicly clear. During inspections, officials will be able to easily verify the staff on site based on the information written on the wall. It will also clearly show the number of sanctioned positions in a school, how many are filled, and how many are vacant. This will also make it easier to deploy and manage staff according to needs.
