712 students out of the race to become doctors, NEET revised merit list released

The process of admission to medical courses in the state of Gujarat has accelerated. ACPCUGMEC has released the revised merit list of students who have registered for admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS courses. This list includes all those NEET UG pass students who have applied for state counseling and want to take admission in 85% state quota seats.

NEET UG Revised Merit List 2025: New list released

After the release of the merit list, now the process of choice filling has started for the students. Students eligible for admission in MBBS and BDS should select their preferred college and course. The last date for filling the choice is 8 August 2025.

A total of 6,700 medical seats are available in the state in the academic session 2025-26. ACPCUGMEC has released separate merit lists for all categories - General, SC, ST, SEBC, EWS and NRI. The verification process for Divyang quota is still going on, so that list will be released later.

About 712 students have been declared ineligible. The reasons for their ineligibility include violation of domicile rules, not scoring minimum marks, not submitting the required documents on time, etc.
